Kieran Hayler, the former husband of Katie Price, has been charged with the rape of a 13-year-old girl, according to police reports.
Sussex Police have stated that Mr. Hayler, 38, of Northchapel, West Sussex, faces three counts of rape and one count of sexual assault against the victim, who, for legal reasons, cannot be named.
The alleged offenses are reported to have occurred at a residence in West Sussex in 2016.
Mr. Hayler has been released under investigation and is scheduled to appear before Crawley Magistrates’ Court on November 19.
Authorities have confirmed that the alleged victim is receiving support from specially trained officers as the investigation continues.
It has been confirmed that the alleged victim is not a member of either Mr. Hayler’s or Ms. Price’s immediate or extended families.
Ms. Price and Mr. Hayler were married in the Bahamas in 2013 and subsequently divorced.
Ms. Price, now 47, announced their separation on social media in 2014, though reports at the time suggest their relationship extended beyond that announcement.
