BAKU /Trend/ – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held a telephone conversation with Chairman of the People’s Council of Turkmenistan, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov.
As Trend reports, this was conveyed in a statement by the Communications Directorate of the Turkish Presidential Administration.
During the conversation, bilateral relations between Turkey and Turkmenistan, as well as regional and global developments, were discussed.
Erdogan stated that Turkey is focused on further deepening cooperation with Turkmenistan.
The Turkish President also congratulated Berdimuhamedov on his birthday.
