YEREVAN/Trend/ – Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan has revealed details of a failed coup attempt, Trend reports.
Commenting on a Civic publication on his social media page, he stated: “This process will be remembered in history as a failed coup by traitors.”
The publication detailed an opposition plan to overthrow the government, mentioning former Armenian presidents and Russian companies.
Seven previously unseen scans of a document titled “Coup Strategy” were also published. The first page indicates the plan’s objective was “the overthrow of Pashinyan and the transfer of power to the people, the church, and other structures.”
