President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan will undertake a state visit to Mongolia on June 24-25 at the invitation of President Ukhnaa Khurelsukh, the president’s press service announced.
The program in Ulaanbaatar includes high-level bilateral meetings and negotiations.
Discussions will focus on further developing the friendly relations and practical cooperation between Uzbekistan and Mongolia.
Key areas of discussion will include increasing trade volume and expanding its scope, promoting cooperative projects in industry, agriculture, mining, transport, and other priority sectors, and continuing active cultural and humanitarian exchanges.
A package of agreements is expected to be signed following the summit.
