BAKÜ /Trend/ – Talks between Russian and Ukrainian delegations in Istanbul proceeded in a constructive manner.
As Trend reports, Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan announced this on X.
He noted that the parties exchanged draft memorandums on settling the Ukrainian conflict. According to him, the Russian and Ukrainian sides will begin working on these documents at a technical level in the coming days.
Furthermore, Hakan Fidan reported that the delegations decided to continue preparations for a potential meeting between the presidents of Russia and Ukraine.
