Keegan Bradley secures a dramatic one-shot victory at the Travelers Championship, denying Tommy Fleetwood his first PGA Tour win.

Fleetwood, 34, entered the final round with a three-shot lead, fueling hopes for his long-awaited PGA Tour triumph. Despite maintaining a two-shot advantage with three holes remaining, and a one-shot lead on the final hole, a missed par putt on the 18th cost him dearly.

Bradley, the 2011 US PGA Championship winner and future Ryder Cup captain, capitalized on Fleetwood’s misfortune, sinking his birdie putt to claim victory. The result prevented Fleetwood from even reaching a playoff.

Fleetwood expressed his disappointment, stating, “I’m gutted right now. I’ve not been in that situation for a long time. It’s probably the worst way to finish. Leading by two with three to play, leading by one going into the last, and you don’t even make it to a play-off. It’s the worst way it could go.”
