Welsh rugby boss Abi Tierney says the Welsh Rugby Union had been spending £50,000 a year on flowers as she announces a new strategy to make the game more financially sustainable.

Chief executive Tierney and chairman Richard Collier-Keywood revealed their new plans in a special Scrum V podcast.
