TASHKENT /Trend/ – Uzbekistan imported 1.146 million mobile phones worth approximately $118.9 million from January to April 2025, the National Agency of Statistics reported, according to Trend.
China remains the primary supplier, with 861,200 units imported during this period, accounting for 75.2% of the total mobile phone imports.
Vietnam holds second place, supplying 237,600 phones, or 20.7% of the total imports over the four-month period.
A notable increase is observed in imports from the United Arab Emirates, with 31,100 mobile devices imported from January to April, representing 2.7% of the total volume.
Imports from India reached approximately 700 units in April, while other supplying countries contributed around 800 devices over the entire period.
