The Ministry of Investment, Industry, and Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan hosted a meeting with a delegation from Utah (USA). The meeting focused on strengthening investment, trade-economic, and financial cooperation, according to Trend.
Discussions covered potential joint projects in key sectors, including critical mineral extraction and processing, information technology development, educational programs, metallurgy, agriculture, and transport and logistics infrastructure.
A particular emphasis was placed on identifying synergies between Uzbekistan’s industrial capacity and Utah’s technological capabilities, as well as strengthening interregional ties and facilitating direct business-to-business connections.
The meeting concluded with a mutual expression of interest in further expanding and deepening bilateral cooperation across all discussed areas, with a focus on sustainable development and technological partnership.
