Following high-level talks in Ulaanbaatar, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev of Uzbekistan and President Ukhnaagiin Khürelsükh of Mongolia signed a Joint Declaration establishing a comprehensive partnership. This was announced by the Uzbek Presidential press service.
