President Shavkat Mirziyoyev will visit Turkmenistan on August 22 at the invitation of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, for a working visit to participate in a trilateral summit in the format of “Azerbaijan – Turkmenistan – Uzbekistan,” the President’s press service reports.
In accordance with the agenda of the event, which will take place in the Avaza National Tourist Zone, issues of developing and deepening multilateral cooperation, primarily in the trade, economic, transport, communication, energy and humanitarian spheres, will be considered. The signing of a number of joint documents is planned.
The head of our state will also hold bilateral negotiations on the sidelines of the summit.
