Dear young men and women!

I sincerely congratulate you on this joyous and unforgettable occasion – the successful completion of your schooling, the receipt of your diplomas, and your entry into independent life.

On this momentous day, in over 10,000 schools across the country, “Last Bell” ceremonies are taking place, with caring teachers and respected parents offering words of encouragement to over 450,000 graduates.

We join them and wholeheartedly wish you, young people with great dreams and hopes for the future, strength, energy, and success in achieving them.

We especially congratulate and extend our best wishes to the over 11,500 gold medalists and 2,000 silver medalists, who have consistently served as role models for their peers in academics, knowledge acquisition, and community engagement.

Dear Graduates!

Today, like all our people, in achieving our great goals, we rely primarily on a knowledgeable, skilled, enterprising, patriotic, and comprehensively developed youth.

We are creating the necessary conditions for the active participation of the younger generation – the builders of our future – in constructing a New Uzbekistan. To ensure you acquire modern knowledge and skills alongside your native language, foreign languages, IT and innovative technologies, and various creative and entrepreneurial fields, we have 201 higher education institutions, 598 technical schools, numerous innovation centers and tech parks, libraries, and cultural, artistic, and sporting institutions.

New systems, programs, and electronic platforms are continuously being launched to improve the quality and effectiveness of educational and developmental work at all levels, expanding opportunities for graduates.

I am confident that you will fully utilize these vast opportunities, cherish every moment of your youth, become true professionals, boldly and resolutely defending the independence and interests of the Motherland in all spheres, intelligent and noble people, devoted to your country and people.

Remember, to occupy a worthy place in life and earn respect in society, a person must be committed to national and universal values, always strive to move forward, and never cease seeking and acquiring new knowledge and skills.

Undoubtedly, honest and conscientious work, a thirst for knowledge, dedication to one’s profession, and love for parents and family elevate a person, making their life fulfilling and vibrant.

In our rapidly changing times, bold, decisive, and dedicated young people like you must achieve results every day, temper your will through challenges, and always move forward.

I am confident that your new ideas, initiatives, and achievements in various fields will make New Uzbekistan even stronger and will be an invaluable contribution to the formation of its solid material and spiritual foundations.

Your schools, dear teachers and parents, and all our people expect great things and significant accomplishments from you, a goal-oriented youth confident in your abilities.

Live up to this high trust!

Never stop striving, seeking, and creating!
