TEHRAN/ Trend/ – Multiple powerful explosions rocked Tehran following Israeli airstrikes, reports Trend.
Reports indicate that oil storage facilities in northwest Tehran were targeted, resulting in power outages.
Earlier today, June 13th, Israel launched an air assault on Iran. The strikes reportedly resulted in the deaths of numerous high-ranking military officials, including Chief of General Staff Mohammad Hossein Bagheri, and a group of Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) members. Among those killed were IRGC Commander-in-Chief Hossein Salami, Khatam al-Anbiya headquarters commander Gholamali Rashid, six nuclear scientists, and other individuals.
