Netanyahu: We Control the Skies Over Tehran

BAKU /Trend/ – Israeli Air Force maintains air superiority over Tehran.

This was announced by Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu during a speech at Tel Nof Airbase, reports Trend.

“Unlike the Iranian regime, which targets civilians, we strike regime targets. We are telling the people of Tehran – evacuate. We are moving to action,” he added.

It should be recalled that Israel launched airstrikes against Iran in the early morning of June 13th. The attacks resulted in numerous military casualties, including the Chief of General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, Mohammad Baqeri; the Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), Hossein Salami; the Commander of Khatam al-Anbiya Headquarters, Gholamali Rashid; the Commander of the IRGC Air Force, Amir Ali Hajizadeh; nine nuclear scientists; and other high-ranking officials.

Iran responded to the Israeli strikes the same day, launching over 150 ballistic missiles and more than 100 drones against Tel Aviv and other areas, causing civilian casualties and widespread destruction.
