Malaysia has donated English-language scientific literature to Uzbekistani universities. This was reported by the Dunyo Information Agency.
The agency stated that “to strengthen the scientific and methodological base of Uzbekistan’s higher education institutions and enrich libraries with foreign literature, technical assistance in the form of English-language educational and scientific literature valued at $20,000 USD has been received from leading Malaysian higher education institutions.”
Following negotiations between the Uzbekistani Embassy in Kuala Lumpur and Malaysia’s Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), approximately 500 English-language publications, primarily focused on engineering, medicine, finance and economics, chemistry and biology, mathematics, and computer science, were shipped to Uzbekistan via Uzbekistan Airways.
