ASTANA /Trend/ – Kazakhstan is poised to launch a supercomputer with high computing power in the near future.
As Trend reports, this announcement was made by Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev during his address at the plenary session of the Eurasian Economic Forum in Minsk, titled “Strategy of Eurasian Economic Integration: Results and Prospects.”
The President of Kazakhstan stated that its resources will be directed towards scientific research, modeling, big data processing, and solving complex engineering problems.
“In Kazakhstan, a Council for the Development of Artificial Intelligence has been established, and the adoption of a specialized law is planned. These steps are aimed at forming a solid institutional foundation in our country for the application of artificial intelligence,” he said.
