A new statue commemorating the beloved character Bridget Jones has been unveiled in London’s Leicester Square.

Renée Zellweger, who has embodied the role for over two decades, lauded the statue as “adorable,” remarking, “I think she’s much cuter than me.”

Created by author Helen Fielding in 1996, Bridget Jones first graced the silver screen in 2001. The fourth installment in the film series was released earlier this year.
